Addition to previous post
After reading my post yesterday I had a friend remind me of another funny aspect of me:
1. I am sodium deficient
2. I drink too much water
3. My doctor has told me to stop working out
What the hell is wrong with me, right? I need to eat more salt, drink less water and stay away from the gym, some may view this as a blessing from God!

The doc, a woman I might add, said that I should take a sodium supplement. I know I could drink Gatorade or Powerade for some sodium but they also have tons of carbs, which freak me out!
